Return, Refund and Shipping Policy
1. Return of goods
1.1 Upon receipt of the product, if the product is found to be malfunctioning or has a problem, you can report the problem and exchange it for a new one immediately upon receipt of the product.
1.2 The product cannot be returned if we have already delivered the product.
1.3 In the event that the customer orders and cannot install it, we are happy to accept the return of the product within 7 days from the date of purchase.
1.4 The product and equipment in the box must be in perfect condition, like new, before the product can be returned.

2. Refund
2.1 In the event of a product return, when the company receives the returned product, the company will inspect the product. If no problem is found, the company will transfer the money back to the customer's account as agreed within 14 days.
3. Shipping of goods
3.1 The company will ship the product the next day after receiving the order. If customers order on Sunday, it will be delivered on Monday or a business day.
3.2 The company will inform the parcel number via the order in the order.
3.3 Delivery time is 1-3 days, depending on the shipping company.
